Good Trouble Food Lab exists to champion fearless creativity and radical simplicity in the kitchen. We bring together talented cooks, honest ingredients and ideas to create food that speaks for itself — stripped of frills, rooted in craft, and driven by curiosity. 

Our space hosts everything from sandwich pop-ups and wake-and-bake coffee mornings to immersive dinner labs that showcase the heart of who we are. Designed as both a playground and a gathering place, Good Trouble is also available for intimate private events—offering a warm, flexible home for people who want to create, celebrate, and stir up a little good trouble together.

Our mission is to spark conversation, challenge norms, and cultivate a space where cooks can dream, collaborate, and make a little good trouble along the way.
